Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product must be unopened
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Due to safety and quality standards, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will replace or refund damaged products at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.
