Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions apply:
- Product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
- Due to safety and quality standards, opened consumable products cannot be returned
To start a return, email us at sales@drinkmoonmilk.com with your order number. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us -- unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will replace or refund damaged products at our discretion -- no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email whether your return is approved
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a flavor or product is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened supplement products
- Sale items or products purchased with a discount code (unless damaged)
- Gift cards
European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
