Free Shipping
Every Moon Milk order ships free within the United States. No minimum order. No thresholds. No surprise charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We'll announce when that changes.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and make it right. See our Refund Policy for more details on damaged items.
