What type of protein is in Moon Milk?

Micellar casein -- the slowest-digesting protein available. Unlike whey, which spikes and clears in about 2 hours, casein forms a gel in the stomach and releases amino acids gradually over 6-8 hours. That's exactly what you want when you're not eating for 8 hours overnight.

Does Moon Milk help with sleep?

It's formulated with a real sleep stack — L-Theanine (200mg), Apigenin (50mg from chamomile), Magnesium, and Glycine (500mg).
